What data we process
The details you send through the quote form: name, phone, email (optional), type of work and message. Also anything you share when you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email.
Why
To reply to you and prepare the quote you ask for. We do not use your details to send you advertising, nor do we pass them on to third parties for that purpose.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (the quote).
How long
For as long as the business relationship lasts or, if the job does not go ahead, for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. After that, for the period required by law for possible liabilities.
Who else processes it
Providers we need for the website to work, under data processing agreements: Cloudflare (website hosting) and the email delivery service run by the website developer (to pass your message on to us). They may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to cristaleriamoll@hotmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
